Delivery without shipping costs throughout Switzerland

All products and orders are shipped for CHF 8.00 to addresses in Switzerland and Liechtenstein. All products from our own warehouse are shipped by Swiss Post. In the case of express shipping, other service providers may also be used.

Ordered today until 3 pm, delivered the day after tomorrow

For all products in stock at our own central warehouse, all orders received by 3pm are shipped the next day and usually (~95%) arrive at the delivery address the day after next.

Deposit of packages at the front door

In case of absence, the post office may leave the package at the front door. If a deposit is not desired, you can contact Swiss Post in advance by phone or e-mail (tel. 0848 888 888, mail kundendienst@post.ch). The corresponding changes are then stored in the Swiss Post system.

Delivery abroad

Deliveries are made worldwide. Please check costs and details in advance via mail.

Transport damage

Please inspect the package carefully upon receipt and report any damage to us immediately.
